Month-to-month rentals with a refundable deposit of one month’s rental payable upfront.

Short-term rentals (less than a month) with prior arrangement with management.

Special prices for long-term rentals.

A notice period of one calendar month.

No illegal or hazardous materials may be stored.

Insurance is to be arranged by the customer. EeziSpace is not responsible for the insurance of items stored.

The above is subject to standard terms and conditions as set out in the EeziSpace contract.
